How to Overcome Stress in Work and Life

Few days ago i got together with old friends of mine: The ones from the times i studied in school, including some of my school teachers; Some of my old colleagues from the times when i worked at my regular day job, including many other job colleagues; but mostly there were people whom i have only met once or twice, maybe thrice - including some of my mentors or speakers whom i met from the seminars...
Anyways our conversation turned out to be just like some-kind of seminar about "Stress" in Work and Life, relationships, lifestyles, dreams and so on...

To tell you the truth: It was the second longest day in my life, because of the complaints and arguments about overcoming stress! Sure... It was an really interesting one, where i learned so many unbelievable facts of how people are getting rid of stress in so many different and thousands of ways, that sometimes some people laughed or even cried...

Don't worry, I will not write all these facts (or call them solutions) to relieve stress into this post, because it would take forever for you to read it through: but in most cases, most of them will not work with you... So i only picked out these which have worked with most of the people... Enjoy!

Ways to get Rid of Stress
» Just let it out!
a). "Write it down on the piece of the paper or into some notebook."
b). "Talk about it with someone." - (at this point don't be shy!)
c). "Yell it out as loud as you can, no-matter where you are!" - (This solution has actually worked for almost everyone i know of, and i consider it as best of the bests solutions if it is done just as it is said...)

» Relaxation!
a). "Take a Walk outside your home."
b). "Take a bath or a shower!"
c). "Listen to Music which relaxes you!" - (It's the music you like by the way)
d). "Meditate!"

» Other Ways and Related
a). "Go have a Sex." - (If you're single, then no-matter where or to whom: just try and test it out!)
b). "Go have a Massage!"
c). "Talk about your problems with no-one!" - (By no-one i meant an empty wall, piece of paper or whatever it's literally what will not answer and argue with you.)
