But sure, it's rather obvious that in many cases it isn't like most of us have a job where we already built an career; in most cases it's exactly opposite, where we literally just hate what we do and everything in our job we have... In most cases most of the people don't want to work; they don't want to wake up early next morning to do the same thing they did the last time.
In my personal experiences i can tell that most of the times when we hate our jobs, it isn't always about our boss or co-workers; Sometimes it's because of our salary; sometimes because we are not able to do what we really want, but most of the times it's because of the work itself... Yet, even when we realize that we hate it, most of us do nothing to change it: Meaning that we do not quit it if we really want to, because we are afraid to let go and follow our dreams! In most cases we think that it's an risk, yet we don't know that it's always riskier to work on the job we hate because of the misery it brings into our lifestyle's... Most of the times, most of us do not understand it... It's a shame though...
» About Quitting your Job - "Wisdom from Real Life"
One of my first mentors once said to me: "When you hate your Job, just quit it!" - Though ironic thing about this advice is that it's really crappy one, just like my mentor was... In other words: When you hate your job, it doesn't mean you have to quit it - not at all. It all really comes to the point if you actually like and love it, and what you hate about your job!So in the short term: "Think before you think that you want to quit your job; Maybe, just maybe, quitting your job isn't actually what you really want to do..."
What to Do, When you Hate your Job?
"So anyways, What to do when you hate your Job? And honestly, is there actually something to do when we despise our everyday routine? Can we change it, or turn it another way around?"
- Negativity into Positivity: Don't think what you hate about your job, always try to find something you like about it...
- Take the advantage to learn: No matter what job you have, there is always something to learn from it... You might want to ask "Why i should learn from it, or something in between!" Yet you should know that life has many lessons and mistakes, regarding this you should learn from it, because there isn't any experience in life which isn't needed - there are always new experiences which someday you'll need, and job or career always offer you it for free, and also they pay for it...
- Be creative: You know when most of the times people hate their jobs, it's because in most of those days when they work their job is exactly the same as the day before: Meaning that, what they do there tomorrow or the next day and the day after, etc. - is the same... In other words; "It's boring!" So my advice for you is to change something in your work and do it differently, put some attitude and creativity into it!
- Begin focusing on what you want, not the things you'd want to escape... In other words: Start to build up your new life, and when you're doing it and still hate your job, set out to the new path and find the thing you're really passionate about!
