Best Ways to Brighten your Day! - Waking Up Guide

Have you ever woken up in the morning with nothing more than negative-related thoughts on your mind? Or maybe you have had an morning, when somewhere in between opening your eyes and waking up you've said to yourself, "It's going to be hell of a bad day!" Maybe you referred towards in something particular, and did it with an really bad attitude?
Silly questions, aren't they? I mean, it's normal! - nothing more nor less, because it happens with all of us, regardless of our place in the society! (That is, if you can't say otherwise...)

But have you noticed, that when you wake up in the mornings with an bad attitude or negative thoughts in your head,- all the things tend to go wrong? And if it's vice-versa; when your mind is filled with positivity, things tend to go all right - and sometimes, the rest of your day may go just great?

These were the second series of silly questions in this article, weren't they? Yet, you'll have to agree that i am right! You'll also have to agree that it's somewhat relevant to The Law of Attraction itself. But for now, we're not going to talk about it, so lets put it aside.

...Things that Help!
  PS: Before I'll begin, i want you to understand that the main reason 'WHY' on waking up in the mornings our emotions are being negative-related, is because of yesterday's! So, what i am going to do in this guide, is to explain 'how to brighten your day' starting from today, when you're going to go to sleep!

 1). The Day 'Before you're going to Wake Up':
Like i said above, our problems and negative-related thoughts begin to merge in most cases because of yesterday's. So what i want you to do, is to forget all the bad things which happened to you today! If you can't forget them, learn to deal with them and accept them. I also recommend you to read "How to Deal with Negativity in your Life", where i talk about acceptance! - And now lets list up things that'll may make your morning brighter...
  • ....Build an music playlist on your pc or laptop, and click play!
    My advice: Don't turn it off even when you go to bed, just let it play through night...
    From my experiences i can tell that it relaxes you when you're falling asleep, and overall reliefs stress. That is, if your playlist is the kind which inspires or motivates you: It could be meditation-like genre, or something relevant to Enigma, Enya, etc. (In any cases, it's your own choice...)
  • ...Take an shower before you're going to hit your head on the pillow!
    This is just another way to relieve stress and forget all the bad and negativity which happened to you during the day. And from my experiences, not warm but cold shower will suffice - this way, it's also easier way to fall asleep!
  • ...Forget about the things you'll have to do tomorrow!
    If you're going to think about tomorrow before or while you're going to bed, most likely you won't be able to fall asleep - and when you won't be able to fall asleep with all of these thoughts in your head, you won't be able to have your beauty sleep. And if you won't be able to have your beauty sleep, well - most of the times, you won't be able to brighten your day after you have woken up!
  • ...Escape from the Reality!
    Reality is a Bitch! (Pardon my French), but most of the times it really is... So my advice to you is, that while you're at falling asleep and already in your bed, escape into your imaginary land - into the fairytale...

 2). The Day 'When you Wake Up':
  • ...Wake Up Fast!
    From my experiences i can tell, that after we've heard our alarm clock and are opening our eyes, most of us want to lie in our beds for more few minutes. But i'll tell you "DON'T DO IT!" I'm telling you: When you've already heard your alarm clock and are opening your eyes, stand up from your bed! The 'WHY' on this is simple; It makes it easier to knock back your dreamy thoughts to where they belong. And also this way, you'll need less of your time to clear your head...
  • ...The first Positive thing on your Mind
    When you're already woken up and your mind is cleared from dreamy thoughts, think of something positive! It could be something that makes you smile, or something inspiring. In any cases, it should be something that'll make your day wonderful...
  • ...Enjoy the Morning!
    This is what most of us don't do! But i'm telling you, that whatever weather there'll be outside; or whatever day you'll have to face - enjoy it!
  • ...When something goes wrong!
    There are little things, that on the morning do not always go right. Sometimes you forget where you have put your keys; sometimes you spill the coffee; and sometimes, well you know, there are all sorts of things that can go wrong. And the best cure for all the things that go wrong, is laughter. I mean, you can laugh at things that go wrong - and you should!
