The Curse of having a Job

These past few weeks I've been studying people who's lives are literally being crushed by debts to the banks: People who work so hard on their jobs without any achievements at all, making their lives more miserable and debts even higher.

Some of them got 2 to 3 or more jobs; some of them work on their dream job with good monthly salary; some even own small businesses, and yet when i asked them "are you happy with your lifestyle?" - They all answered me the same way "I wish i had more free time to enjoy my life!"

Well i guess you're now wondering "Why they answered me the same way?", even when some of them own small businesses or work at good job with good salary!
The answer is simple - "Time", None of them had as much free time to do whatever really is needed to be done: For Instance, being with their families or friends; maybe traveling and keeping themselves busy with their hobbies, etc. Instead of enjoying the life, they try from all what they can to repay debts, - and most of the times, even that doesn't work out!

The reason why they chose to work instead of making their way to the financial freedom "from their point of view" is, because they didn't want to risk it!
But isn't working riskier than trying to make your way to the top? Because we all should know, that no matter what yob you've got or how long have you been working there - you can always get fired; you can always get injured or get sick, so that you cannot work anymore... And that's the curse of having a job: you wont exactly know what will happen tomorrow or the next week with the Co you're working in...

If you don't mind i have one simple question to ask, and here it is: "Will you still work on your current Co or job if you knew, that you wont get any salary out of what you're doing?" If not, then why are you still doing it? But if the answer is yes, then why wont you turn it into your way to the top?
When it's something you love to do, it's related to your hobby, right? That's here, where most of the people make an big mistake in their lives: Remember this: "If your Hobby is your Work, you won't have to work a single day of your life; not ever again!"
